The Portsmouth & District Chess League promotes chess for players of all levels of experience and strength in the Portsmouth area. We organise three divisions, a knockout competition, rapidplay events and an Individual tournament catering for players of all strengths and ages.

Clubs currently playing in the league are Chichester & Bognor, Cosham, Emsworth, Fareham, and Portsmouth.
